Every slab undergoes rigorous pre-dispatch inspection at our Kishangarh facility, including video documentation. Natural mineral grain and veining variations are inherent to quarried stone and are documented and accepted by the client prior to final crate sealing. This process ensures that the unique character of your selected Italian marble slabs is preserved and understood before shipment.

For transit damage claims, photographic evidence of unboxing inspection is required within 24 hours of delivery. This protocol allows us to address and resolve any issues swiftly. Replacement slab dispatches are arranged promptly for validated claims, maintaining our commitment to delivering architectural stone of the highest integrity.
